15 December 2000 - RFP is issued using the old one with some modifications. Comments will be accepted until 29 December and then incorporate into a final RFP.

9 April 2001 - The initial schedule has been adjusted.
25 March 2001 - Revised Proposal posted for 2 weeks comments, until 8 April
8 April 2001 - Kanchana Kanchanasut, the Interim Secretariat Director, call for endorsements for Revised Proposal, to be sent to cctld-discuss@wwtld.org by April 25, 2001
27 April 2001 - AdCom teleconference
2 February 2001 - Proposals will be posted for comment
15 February 2001 - Deadline for comments on the proposals.
28 February 2001 - Announce result of the Permanent Secretariat.
There will be one-month period until 30 March 2001 to transfer the work to new Secretariat.
