ICANN 2: ccNSO Bylaws and ICANN Geographic Regions

• The ccNSO Bylaws (Appendix A and Appendix C "The Scope of the ccNSO") have been adopted by ICANN Board in Montreal, 26 June 2003, http://www.icann.org/minutes/minutes-appa-26jun03.htm.

• The ccNSO organization and ccNSO Council shall be geographic region based.

  The ICANN Bylaws contemplate that the ICANN Board shall revisit reographic regions issue each three years.

  In Montreal the ICANN Board reviewed geographic regions issue http://www.icann.org/minutes/prelim-report-26jun03.htm and adopted the geographic allocation table posted by the staff on 5 June 2003 at http://www.icann.org/montreal/geo-regions-topic.htm.

• The ccTLD Managers electorate rolls as of 18 July 2003, based on ICANN Geographic Regions definition and on IANA database, are at 20030718.geography.html.
