ICANN 2: ccNSO startup

26 June 2003, Montreal. The ccNSO Launching Group shall be formed no later than 25 July 2003, see ICANN ccNSO Bylaws. Subsequently the ccNSO Launching Group shall convince the ccTLD Managers to join the ccNSO and, when at least 30 ccTLD Managers became ccNSO members, to organize the first elections to the ccNSO Council.
