On 3 June 2000, the ccTLD Constituency elected Dr. Nii Quaynor from Ghana quaynor@ghana.com as the new (Interim) Names Council C Member for ccTLD.
Subsequently, Dr. Nii Quaynor, the AdCom delegate from Africa region requested to be replaced on the Administrative Commitee by Mr. Yann Kwok from Mauritius Island yann@netbox.com.
The ccTLD Constituency expresses its gratitude for all the difficult work Dr. Nii Quaynor did for the ccTLD, bringing his wisedom and knowledge, dedicating his time and patience, helping to keep the Constituency as an existing body, working and moving forward.
