The ns-training list consists of the members of the ccTLD managers willing to be members to that list.
The ccTLD Secretariat initiated ccTLD Name Server Training Program from Bucharest, June 2002. The goal of the training program is to outreach out to and help those small ccTLDs get up to speed with the operating of Name Servers efficiently and effectively. In addition, these training sessions will discuss and update participants' knowledge on ICANN root server and IANA functions to give them a clear understanding. ccTLD secretariat will try to invite all the experts in this area to be speakers in these training sessions. The target participants for these training programs will be staffs of local ccTLD, local ISPs, and private companies who operate their own Name Servers.
