LA meeting agenda update

Welcome speech by Peter de Blanc, Chairman of AdCom. The purpose of this AdCom meeting is to approve and precrunch the agenda to focus on important thing within two days and to not do something that can be done online.

The meeting suggested that we focus on the following issues:

- ICANN/IANA-ccTLD administrators meeting on Nov. 14 (Peter Dengate Thrush)
- ICANN funding especially the new document that ICANN just posted on the web site on Nov. 10 called "ICANN Cost Recovery Structure for Domain Name Registries" (Bill Semich)
- Intent of draft letter to government fitting into context of Bylaws and Redelegation and ICANN services (Bill Semich)
- Relationship with ICANN (Patricio Poblete)
- Independence cctld (structure) (Patricio Poblete)
- Finalize Bylaws, Redelegations and ICANN Services (Peter de Blanc)
