Dear Tasic,

I am sorry to inform you that we can not change your email for balloting.
According to the election proposal, we have to send ballots to all Admin
Contacts that appear in IANA-who-is database.  I remember you sent in your
updated information to us and we have informed ICANN-IANA Louis Touton and
his reply was that each ccTLD who needs to update Admin Contacts must submit
a form.  This process as we all know takes a long time.  I think we will
have an opportunity to raise this issue at LA meeting on Nov. 14 at 16 - 18

In the mean time, please go to www.iana.org and submit a form to change
admin contacts email address.  Just to remind you that changing Admin
Contacts info will also relate to redelegation issue which is very sensitive
to ICANN and need approval from US government.

I'm sorry, but I am just the teller -- I am not authorized to change
