[cctld-nominations] Second for Stafford Guest nomination (Was Re: Your candidacy rejected)

Hello Kanchana;

Please note that Stephen Deerhake of .AS (American Samoa) submitted the
required nomination form which should have been counted as the second for
Stafford's nomination early on the 4th, but apparently the wwTLD Web site
did not receive that email. I have forwarded my copy of it to the web site.

Please include Mr. Guest in the election, representing AP region.
